NL Championship is between Reds and Rockies
AL Championship is between Angels and Tigers
Both matchups are too close to call at this point, but as we only have 1 day left I thought I'd ask. How are we going to call a champion?
I'd go with the simplest way possible. If there's a Yahoo or ESPN that still has the ability to make teams we can do it that way. Or if not, maybe declare all positional starters before the week begins and if there are any changes, you can only change for the following day...
Either way it looks like we're going to have to manually calculate the stats. For 1 week or 2 that shouldn't be too much of an issue.
What do you all think?

Reds beat Rockies 5-4-1 and Tigers beat the Angels 7-3.
Now what?

What do you say, Reds? I want to be champ, that's why I joined the league. Only way I can see that's fair is pick your hitters: (this looks like your best lineup, and it's the one you ended Sunday with)
C Ramon Hernandez, Cin C, 1B 1B Joey Votto, Cin 1B 2B Mike Aviles, KC SS, 2B 3B Scott Rolen, Cin 3B SS Juan Uribe, SF 2B, 3B, SS LF Raul Ibanez, Phi LF CF Jon Jay, StL LF, CF, RF RF Jay Bruce, Cin RF UTIL Drew Stubbs, Cin CF
Pick 5 RP and all starts count unless you post that you don't want one.
I see you've got these 5 RP's starting Sunday, if you want to change one just post it.
All changes in lineup need to be posted by the night before. We'll calculate manually and declare a winner?
I've got:
C Gerald Laird, Det C 1B Miguel Cabrera, Det 1B 2B Ryan Raburn, Det LF, 2B, RF 3B Brandon Inge, Det 3B SS Jimmy Rollins, Phi SS LF Juan Pierre, CWS LF, DH CF Marlon Byrd, ChC CF, LF RF Brennan Boesch, Det RF, LF, DH UTIL Albert Pujols, StL 1B
With RP's: Ryan Perry Brad Lidge Brandon Lyon Jason Frasor Darren Oliver
Let me know if you think there's another way, or if you'd like to change a starter out.
Peace

Oops, looks like your RP's are Wheeler, Masset, Rhodes, Ondrusek, Axford.
Also I've got the internesting fact of probably not having enough starters, but having starters (Correia and Bannister) who are doing some relieving. As they're in SP roles I'm going to count it.
It may just be easier to count all pitching stats...

sorry man, haven't really been checking in on the site. did see that I won the NL. For calculating sake, the guys you posted would be who I would play, and I would have used all my starters when they started, changing guys in and out if it was their day to pitch. (the only thing I might have done was not use narveson if my pitching stats looked locked up late in the week, but if you wanted to do the calculations just include his stats anyway)
Basically it looks like you got my lineup correct, the hitters and RPs I would have left alone, and I would have streamed the starters.
