Draft: We will hold an international draft each year beginning on November 11 (except in year one, where it will begin as soon as we have the owners filled in).
Not sure it matters, the league probably wont last until July 11...

are we allowed to roster players drafted in the real 2010 mlb draft or do we have to wait until our draft to acquire draftees?
