Below are some rule changes the Orioles and I have discussed. I would like to put these up for debate and possible implementation for next week at the earliest.
If there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to post them here. We will do our best to address them.
CHANGES:
- The global moderators will set up a dummy account (such as one called 'Waivers' to which waiver requests will be sent)
- All waiver claims for the week have to be in by 5 PM ET on every Saturday. That makes sure no claims can be put through while me or Blue Jays go through them. Claims will be announced sometime after 5 PM ET every Sunday.
- Each manager can present a list of as many players as they like, but will only get a maximum of three each period
- The waiver order during the weeks of the season is determined by reverse standings order
- During the offseason undrafted waivers, the first waiver period's order is determined by reverse draft order. The second week then reverses the order, alternating for the duration of the undrafted waivers
- For each of the three rounds, as soon as one team claims a player, they go to the end of the list temporarily
- If a player a team has requested has already been selected previously, the next eligible player on their list is then their choice. If no more players remain, team is skipped
